This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Field Operation, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves leading and managing field operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operational activities, optimizing processes, managing teams, analyzing operational data, and creating and maintaining budgets to meet strategic goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure service delivery aligned with organizational objectives is also a key responsibility. Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferred from Engineering, MIPA, ANT/ATT-2). Minimum 5 years of experience as a Jr. Surveyor/Jr. Inspector or 2 years on same position in the same industry field. Experienced in Petrochem, Coal, CPO, Charcoal (container inspection), and Marine (on/off hire) areas. Certification for

AISI DRAFT

and

LIQUID

will be an advantage. Have good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work under pressure and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and in a team.
