Tencent Cloud - Senior Cloud Technical Architect (Indonesia)

What The Role Entails Tencent Cloud is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Technical Architect to support enterprise solution delivery, tender engagements, and post-sales technical operations in Indonesia. This role is execution-focused and hands-on, covering technical proposal support, architecture implementation, and ongoing solution optimization. You will work closely with sales, customers, and internal engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy during tender processes and successful deployment during project execution. The role requires strong practical cloud expertise, structured documentation capability, and the ability to resolve complex technical challenges across the full customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities: Support tender and bid processes by preparing technical solution designs, architecture documentation, compliance responses, and cost estimation inputs to ensure accurate and competitive submissions Engage with customers during requirement clarification sessions and technical workshops, translating business and regulatory requirements into detailed architecture designs Execute hands-on deployment, configuration, and validation of cloud infrastructure to ensure solutions meet performance, security, and availability standards Work closely with internal engineering and product teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution during implementation and operational phases Perform post-deployment optimization including performance tuning, scalability enhancement, cost optimization, and architecture reviews to ensure stable and efficient production environments

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in public cloud architecture, cloud deployment, or post-sales technical roles with strong hands-on implementation experience Experience supporting enterprise or government tender submissions, including technical documentation and compliance response preparation Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure technologies including virtualization such as KVM, Xen, or LxC, along with compute, storage, networking, and security fundamentals Hands-on experience in cloud migration, system integration, and troubleshooting production-level environments Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia in both written and spoken forms, with strong technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills
