50,000 - 60,000 AED per month (~ €165,000 per annum, tax free)

entering a major phase of expansion and transformation. They are hiring a

VP of Quality Engineering

to define and lead the quality strategy for a portfolio of highly technical, world-leading software products.

This is a senior leadership role for a deeply technical quality expert who can operate at both

strategic and execution levels . You will set the vision for quality engineering across the organisation, defining standards and best practices while overseeing QA, test automation, and release management in a modern, product-led environment.

Required Experience: Deep expertise across QA, test automation, testing strategies, and release management Proven ability to set strategic vision, define standards, and drive quality best practices at scale Experience leading and scaling quality engineering functions within technology-driven organisations Strong people leadership capability, with a track record of leading, managing, and developing teams of 20+ Demonstrated experience owning and delivering large-scale, product-focused QA strategies Relevant certifications such as CMQ/OE, CQE, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent Experience within Fintech, Banking, Cybersecurity, or Fraud is beneficial but not essential
