KOL BD Specialist

to drive our influencer and partnership development efforts in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the crypto KOL/influencer space, a deep understanding of the local market landscape, and proven experience in business development within the Web3 or financial services industry. Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and build relationships with key opinion leaders KOLs, influencers, and strategic partners in the Indonesia crypto space. Manage and grow partnerships to enhance brand presence and drive user acquisition. Negotiate and manage collaboration agreements with KOLs and external partners. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align BD strategies with company objectives. Stay informed about crypto trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in Indonesia. Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and networking opportunities. Who We Are Looking For

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the crypto, blockchain, web3 sector. Strong network and existing relationships with KOLs and influencers in the Indonesia crypto market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven, result-oriented, hardworking and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Life at OSL
