Cost Control Analyst (Manufacture / EPC) (North Jakarta)

Job Description

Monitor, analyze, and control company budgets to ensure

cost efficiency, financial discipline, and healthy cost trends (laju biaya)

Analyze

cost movement trends and operational expenses

to identify inefficiencies and prevent budget overruns

Prepare detailed

cost analysis, budget tracking, variance reports, and operational cost performance

reviews on a regular basis

Evaluate cost structures and operational processes to identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity improvement, and sustainable savings

Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes with strong analytical insights

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement, etc.) to improve operational efficiency and cost control effectiveness

Ensure budget control and cost monitoring processes comply with internal policies and procedures

Provide accurate financial insights and cost-efficiency recommendations to support management decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

Minimum

3–5 years of experience

in budget control, cost control, or related roles

Must have experience in a manufacturing environment (experience in EPC is a strong plus).

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and budgeting / reporting tools

Good communication skills and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Willing to be placed in

North Jakarta (Jakarta Utara)
