Hub Quality Control Senior Supervisor

Responsibilities

Verify product quality and ensure food safety is implemented. Create and update quality criteria: freshness, product quality, product specifications, material packing, equipment. Monitor and oversee flow/SOP inbound fresh, outbound fresh, and bad stock. Check, monitor, control, and ensure quality of raw materials from suppliers per product specifications and food safety. Implement corrective actions, analysis, and quality plans. Investigate warehouse, customer complaint reports, operations complaints, processing & RTC complaints related to fresh products. Investigate, review high‑value waste, disposal, and internal sales. Analyze handover data between cross‑team transfers related to fresh product transfer. Lead overall team management: hiring, goal setting, delegation of work, training & development, coaching/mentoring, performance evaluation in collaboration with stakeholders.
