Job Descriptions Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical and senior-level roles. Act as a strategic advisor for business leaders on workforce planning and talent needs. Job Requirements 1-2 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition. Proven success in handling large-scale or strategic hiring. Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven with strong analytical thinking. Experience in handling massive hiring is preferred.
