Job Description: Finance Manager Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Management Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) will be an advantage

Work Experience Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance and/or accounting At least 3-5 years in a managerial role Prior experience in manufacturing industries (garment, bags, footwear) is highly preferred

Technical Competencies Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and tax compliance Solid understanding of manufacturing costing and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS/HPP).

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel Experience handling both internal and external audits

Managerial Competencies Proven ability to lead and develop Accounting/Finance teams Strong financial planning and risk management capabilities Data-driven decision-making skills Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong integrity Strong communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
