IT Compliance

Role Overview Ajaib is looking for an experienced IT Compliance Specialist to strengthen IT governance, regulatory compliance, and technology risk management within a regulated securities environment. This role will ensure IT systems, controls, and processes comply with capital market regulations and internal risk standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance of IT systems with applicable financial services and capital market regulations Perform IT risk assessments and monitor IT General Controls (ITGC) Support internal, external, and regulatory audits (including documentation and remediation tracking) Maintain and enhance IT policies, procedures, and compliance framework Act as liaison between IT, Compliance, Risk, and regulators

Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Compliance / IT Governance / IT Risk / IT Audit Mandatory: Experience working in a securities company (brokerage, capital markets, or investment platform) Strong knowledge of ITGC, risk management, access control, change management, and incident management Familiar with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar frameworks Experience engaging with regulators and supporting audits
