Job Description
As an Investor Relations professional, your main responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Investor Relations strategy to strengthen engagement with analysts, investors, and rating agencies.
Manage quarterly earnings preparation, including financial scripts, Q&A briefings, press releases, and investor decks.
Monitor market trends, peer performance, sector dynamics, and shareholder movements to inform senior management decision‑making.
Serve as the primary spokesperson for investor‑related communication, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant disclosures.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Strategy, Corporate Secretary, and Business Units to consolidate financial and operational data for external reporting.
Coordinate investor roadshows, briefings, conferences, and engagement sessions — local and international.
Ensure alignment with corporate governance, regulatory requirements (OJK/IDX), and sustainability reporting standards.
Drive continuous improvement of internal processes, data accuracy, and analytics underpinning investor communication materials.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10‑15 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Strategy — preferably within financial services, banking, investment, or fintech.
Expertise in capital markets, financial modelling, valuation, and analyst‑level financial storytelling.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives.
Experience engaging institutional investors, buy‑side, sell‑side analysts, and rating agencies.
Deep understanding of public‑company disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards.
Proven ability to work closely with C‑suite executives and board‑level stakeholders.
CFA qualification (preferred) or other relevant professional certifications.
