Area Sales Manager - FMCG (Food)

Our client operates in the

dairy-product manufacturing industry

and currently looking for an

experienced Area Sales Manager dealing with F&B

to cover areas within West Java such as Bandung, etc. Details as below.

Responsibilities

Responsible for achievement of sales in Jawa Barat area especially for General Trade & Modern Trade Channel

Review sales achievement and propose activity plans by expanding distributions, improving availability, increasing visibility of potential areas/channels

Experience in recruiting local distributors or MTI in the area

Building strong relationship with key accounts/customers

Achieve and improve monthly sales target

Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major

Experienced for at least 5 years in the same position from FMCG Company, focused on selling F&B products

Experienced in handling General Trade & Modern Trade Channel for F&B products

Having proven effective leadership, entrepreneurial, negotiation and teamwork

Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Willing to be mobile to cover the area
