Responsibilities Lead the food & beverage team to deliver exceptional service Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs Create innovative menus and beverage offerings to enhance guest satisfaction Manage and train staff, ensuring excellent service standards Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures Monitor inventory and procurement of supplies Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas Handle guest feedback resolve any issues promptly

Requirements Proven experience in F&B Management, preferably in hostel or hospitality setting Passion for delivering memorable guest experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Knowledge of local food trends and cultural preferences Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles Fluent in English
