Supervisor Accounting

Qualifications

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Having professional accounting certification (CPA or CA) is preferred.

Minimum 5 years experience in accounting Tax, with minimum 2 years experience as accounting Spv/manager.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).

Mastering accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Proficient in using accounting systems (preferably Accurate).

A professional Accounting Supervisor with extensive experience in mining and chemical industries.

Job Description

Check and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure financial reports are in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).

Supervise the company's bookkeeping and financial transaction processes.

Ensure the accuracy of financial data and conduct periodic reconciliations.

Monitor the company's cash flow to maintain financial stability.

Perform tax calculations and reporting (PPH, PPN, and other types of taxes).

Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Coordinate with external parties regarding audit and taxation.

Prepare documents and reports for internal and external audit needs.

Identify and resolve issues related to the accounting system or financial reporting.

Provide direction and guidance to the accounting team in carrying out daily tasks.

Supervise the performance of accounting staff and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with established procedures.

Develop and improve accounting systems to support work efficiency.
