Job Description

Develop and run end-to-end experimentation to identify the most effective pricing and growth strategy to achieve company goals Prepare detailed decks and reports of financial and operational metrics to update stakeholders on progress and performance Proactively initiate and execute ideas through collaborating with BD, Marketing, Ops, and Product teams to reach team KR and goals Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of various promotion processes To manage and operate all growth-related features including but not limited to subscriptions, algorithm-backed promotion, and recommendation features Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop an analysis that leads to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of growth strategy

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in Audit, Financial Planning, Budget Management, Cost Analysis, or similar role experience in the food-delivery or e-commerce Industry would be a plus High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and have fundamental knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) Experienced by conducting the AB Testing or Experiments Ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities and formulate effective strategies to achieve business objectives Excellent communication skill to communicate and manage various stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to adjust strategies and plans in response to changing circumstances and market conditions Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and positive attitude
