Job Description
Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their fit for the role and the company's culture
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and preferences
Conducting reference checks and background verifications to ensure a thorough vetting process
Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of the recruitment process
Continuously improving the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
Keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
A deep understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to identify and attract top talent
