Job Description
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of machinery products through a network of distributors and channel partners. This role focuses on managing distributor relationships, expanding market coverage, and achieving sales targets through indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow sales through assigned machinery distributors
• Develop and execute channel sales plans to meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor owners and sales teams
• Monitor distributor performance, sales pipeline, and forecasts
• Work closely with distributors and principles
Requirements:
• Proven experience in channel sales or distributor management, in machinery or industrial products
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to drive revenue through indirect sales channels
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, and fluency in additional languages is a plus
• Willingness to travel as required
