Production Supervisor/Superintendent – Batch Plant 1 Prepare daily & monthly production plans according to demand.

Ensure sufficient raw materials for production targets.

Monitor smooth production and efficient use of equipment.

Quality Control & Standards Ensure production output is in accordance with customer specifications.

Receive & check product test results from QA.

Maintain compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Process Evaluation & Improvement Analyze production results & look for opportunities for improvement.

Monitor production effectiveness and equipment operation.

Report team work results & provide recommendations for improvement.

Coordination & Reporting Create work reports & ensure everything is well documented.

Hold regular meetings with the team for production evaluation & improvement.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree – Chemical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years experience as production supervisor.

Minimum 3 years experience in polymerization.

Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001, 14000, 45001 standards.

Able to manage production and polymerization operation techniques.

Able to conduct coaching and development of work teams.

Leadership, integrity, and communicative skills.

Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and problem solving.

Physically healthy.

Able to distinguish colors well.

Must be able to operate computer and Ms Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Fluent in English and proficient in literacy.

Applicant must be willing to work in Merak–Banten.
