Qualifications and Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Officer/HRD in EPC, construction, oil & gas, or project-based companies.
Good understanding of manpower planning, recruitment & selection process (especially for project/site positions), and HR administration.
Experienced in handling employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract management (PKWT/PKWTT), payroll coordination, performance evaluation, and employee separation.
Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, PP Cipta Kerja, BPJS, etc.) and able to ensure company compliance.
Capable of coordinating with project/site teams regarding manpower mobilization, demobilization, and site HR support.
Experienced in handling industrial relations, employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and maintaining positive employee engagement.
Able to prepare HR reports (manpower report, attendance, overtime, recruitment progress, and HR metrics).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight project timelines.
