As a

Social Media Supervisor , you will lead social media strategy and execution across multiple brands, ensuring strong brand presence, engagement, and business impact across all platforms.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives Lead, supervise, and mentor the social media team to ensure high-quality output and performance Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing across all platforms Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to drive growth and conversion Manage daily operations and community engagement across multiple brands Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, and Operations Teams) and external partners for campaign execution

Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing, with supervisory or team management experience Proven experience in handling multiple brands (multi-brand management) Strong analytical skills with experience in social media performance tracking Excellent communication and content development skills Strong understanding of digital trends, content strategy, and platform management Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiar with social media tools and analytics Background in retail or e-commerce is a plus Interest or experience in cycling, performance, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
