Customer Service Representative Join to apply for the Customer Service Representative role at Concentrix.

Responsibilities

Ensure the service provided to customers meets the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) appropriate to the contract.

Clarify customer requirements; dig for understanding, using tools and decision‑support resources to provide the right solution.

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; show empathy while maximizing opportunities to build good relationships.

Welcome customers politely, warmly, and professionally per agreed procedures.

Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.

Prepare complete and accurate work, including account recording when required.

Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Offer additional products and/or services.

Track, document, and capture information in the call‑tracking database.

Respond to customer inquiries by directing them to published materials, secondary sources, or senior staff.

Qualifications

High school diploma with relevant experience of three to six months preferred.

Polite with a strong customer service orientation.

Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Reliable with high attention to detail.

Skilled at multitasking, adaptable, and flexible to rapid changes.

Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment.

Able to work both as a team member and independently.

Shows patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant, professional tone and demeanor.

Able to rotate shifts as needed.

Career Framework Requires basic program skills for routine tasks in simple processes, but lacks specialized knowledge about the program/products. Works under close supervision with clearly defined procedures. Begins to familiarize with client terminology, operating standards, and procedures. Novice without sustained performance metrics.
