SME NON RAN

We are looking for a highly skilled SME NON-RAN to join our telecom engineering team and support complex network operations, optimization, and technical solution delivery across core and transport domains.

Responsbilities

Act as Subject Matter Expert for NON-RAN domains (Core Network, Packet Core, Transmission, OSS, Security)

Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network issues

Provide technical consultation and solution support to customers and internal teams

Lead performance optimization and feature validation initiatives

Support network audit, risk assessment, and compliance activities

Conduct vulnerability assessment and security analysis on core elements

Collaborate with RAN, Core, and IT teams for cross-domain issue resolution

Support vendor escalation and implement corrective action

Deliver technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and training sessions

Participate in network rollout, integration, and acceptance processes

Required Technical Expertise

Core Network (EPC / IMS / 5GC preferred)

Packet Core & Signaling knowledge

Network performance analysis & KPI interpretation

Advanced troubleshooting & tracing experience

Network security & vulnerability assessment exposure

Feature trial, validation, and software upgrade analysis

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in telecom vendor / operator environment

Experience handling L3/L4 escalation and customer interface

Strong analytical thinking and system-level troubleshooting

Ability to work in high-pressure operational environment

Experience supporting network audit or governance activities

Education & Experience

Bachelor degree in Telecommunications / Electrical / Computer Engineering

5+ years telecom network engineering experience

Proven SME or senior engineer background in NON-RAN domain
