Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled

Technical SEO Specialist

to independently manage and lead our SEO efforts. This is not a generalist SEO strategist role. We are specifically looking for an expert in

technical SEO

who can operate autonomously, diagnose complex issues, and drive measurable organic growth without constant oversight. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in

conversion rate optimization (CRO)

and hands-on experience working inside

WordPress, HubSpot, and Semrush . These are core requirements for success in this role. You will be responsible for technical execution, site performance improvements, CRO alignment, and ongoing optimization strategy.

Key Responsibilities Independently manage and execute technical SEO initiatives Conduct comprehensive site audits and implement technical fixes Optimize site architecture, internal linking, schema, crawlability, and indexation Identify and resolve technical SEO issues impacting rankings and conversions Leverage Semrush for competitive analysis, keyword strategy, and performance tracking Work directly within WordPress and HubSpot to implement on-page and structural updates Align SEO strategy with CRO best practices to improve conversion performance Monitor technical health metrics and proactively address performance gaps Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining ownership of SEO outcomes Provide clear documentation and strategic recommendations Requirements 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with strong technical depth Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO implementation, not just strategy Strong background in conversion rate optimization Hands-on experience working inside WordPress and HubSpot Advanced proficiency with Semrush Analytical thinker who connects technical SEO improvements to business impact Detail-oriented and execution-focused Comfortable troubleshooting complex technical issues
