As a Product Manager (for Fraud Detection System), you will manage and optimize our fraud detection and risk management processes across the entire e-commerce ecosystem. This position will be responsible for driving system improvements, aligning with engineering and data teams, designing fraud rules, monitoring risk patterns, and enhancing detection capabilities for both buyers and sellers. What We’ll Work on Together Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of Fraud Detection System (FDS) projects across consumer and seller behaviors. Work closely with engineering and product teams to define system requirements and improve fraud detection rules and algorithms. Monitor fraudulent patterns, user anomalies, and risk indicators to recommend timely interventions. Drive cross-functional coordination with Operations, Data Science, Compliance, and Customer Service for fraud investigation and issue resolution. Manage FDS dashboards, reporting, and analytics to track system performance and risk metrics. Evaluate vendor solutions or third-party systems when required, ensuring seamless integration with internal technology. Develop SOPs, documentation, and workflows related to fraud detection and risk-mitigation processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and platform governance guidelines. Lead incident response during fraud escalations, ensuring quick containment and long-term prevention plans.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Risk Management, or a related field. 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in Fraud Detection System (FDS), Risk Management Systems, or Trust & Safety in e-commerce, quick commerce, fintech, or digital platforms. Strong understanding of fraud patterns, user behavior analytics, and risk prevention frameworks. Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams. Ability to analyze data, interpret risk signals, and develop actionable insights. Strong project management skills (planning, execution, stakeholder management). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure or incident-driven environments. Familiarity with fraud detection tools, rule engines, dashboards (e.g., SQL, BI tools), or risk scoring models is a plus. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling sensitive, high-impact issues.
