As a Client & Community Management professional at Stockbit–Bibit, you will be responsible for managing and engaging our investor and user communities across both platforms. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships with investors to active traders, while supporting product adoption and driving growth for our equity and investment products. This role sits at the intersection of community engagement, product education, and growth initiatives, requiring strong communication skills and a solid understanding of capital markets. As a Client & Community Management, you will be responsible for:
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with community members, including retail investors, traders, and prospective users across Stockbit and Bibit
Actively manage community interactions across online and offline channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses
Organize and host community events such as webinars, workshops, roadshows, and offline gatherings to increase engagement and product awareness
Develop and execute community-driven initiatives to support user acquisition, activation, and equity sales growth for both platforms
Provide product education and guidance related to Stockbit and Bibit features
Gather, monitor, and analyze community feedback, sentiment, and recurring issues to provide insights to internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design targeted community campaigns and engagement programs
Serve as the voice of the community internally, ensuring user perspectives are reflected in campaigns and initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Communication, Marketing, or equivalent fields
1 year of experience in community management, client engagement, sales support, or related roles; fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome to apply
Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products; familiarity with Stockbit and Bibit is a strong advantage
An active investor or trader background is highly preferred
Proven ability or strong interest in managing communities and supporting growth or sales initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Experience in organizing, coordinating, or hosting events (online and/or offline) is a plus
Strong initiative with a critical, process-driven, and systematic mindset
Results-oriented, with a clear focus on engagement, adoption, and growth outcomes
Not involve in any particular group/affiliation
