Job Description
Core responsibilities
1. Market expansion and sales achievement
Responsible for market expansion of financial technology products (such as AI big data, FPGA high-speed trading products, data terminals), software development services, and system integration solutions in the financial sector (banking, securities, futures, insurance, etc.).
Execute and complete the company's product sales plan, independently handle business inquiries, quotations, contract terms negotiation and signing, and ultimately achieve sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain existing target customer relationships and continuously develop new customer resources. Regularly visit clients to gain a deeper understanding of their business types (such as banks, securities firms, private banking, wealth management, etc.) and real business pain points. Establish contacts with senior management and relevant personnel of clients, establish and maintain long-term good customer relationships, and ensure the continuous and effective provision of professional solution services.
3. Requirement analysis and scheme design
Deeply connect with customer needs, understand their real usage scenarios in investment, research and development, compliance, risk management, etc., and break down vague requirements into actionable product and system requirements.
Participate in pre-sales support, closely collaborate with product and technical teams, participate in software system solution design, and provide professional and clear product and solution explanations to customers.
4. Project coordination and promotion
Follow up on major project progress, participate in customer side system demonstrations, POC (proof of concept) testing, online implementation, and phase acceptance.
Timely and accurately collect, provide feedback, and follow up on customer issues and needs, coordinate internal and external resources to efficiently respond and solve actual customer problems. Collaborate with the delivery team to complete customer business migration, technical solutions, and other tasks during the after-sales phase of the project.
5. Market information collection
Collect, organize, and analyze market dynamics and competitor situations, continuously track market feedback, and provide effective input for product iteration, market promotion, and team decision-making.
Job Requirements
1. Educational background
Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Professional skills
Industry awareness: Understand the business processes, IT core requirements, and mainstream technology products (such as data warehousing, big data, data governance, cloud computing, AI, etc.) of financial institutions such as banks and securities.
Sales ability: Possess excellent business negotiation skills, market development ability, and customer relationship management ability.
