Great marketing builds desire, but great Trade Marketing closes the deal. We are looking for a talented
Trade Marketing Specialist
to serve as the vital link between our Brand Marketing storytellers and our Sales warriors.
Focusing on both
Modern Trade (Indomaret/Alfamart)
and
General Trade , you will translate brand strategies into concrete on-ground execution. If you are passionate about driving the
"Picture of Success"
and ensuring our drink portfolio wins the shopper's heart (and cart), we want to talk to you.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
in Trade Marketing within the FMCG sector.
Channel Expertise:
Preferably have prior hands-on direct exposure
dealing with
Indomaret and Alfamart . You should understand their specific promo mechanics (Mailers, Gondola Ends, Cashier Promos).
Category Knowledge:
Experience in the
Drink/Beverage category
is highly preferred due to the high-frequency nature of the channel.
Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot, XLOOKUP, Data Visualization) are non-negotiable for promo analysis.
Analytical Mindset:
Proven ability to translate complex sales data into actionable trade plans.
Job Role
Channel Strategy: Indomaret, Alfamart,
Lawson, FoodHall, Family Mart and more
Promo Planning:
Design and execute monthly promotional cycles (Promo Hemat, JSM, PWP) especially for the 40,000+ combined outlets of Indomaret and Alfamart.
Trade Investment:
Manage and optimize the Trade Spend budget for these accounts, ensuring a balance between volume growth and bottom-line profitability.
Planogram & SOS:
Monitor and maintain "Share of Shelf" (SOS) and ensure planogram compliance across different store tiers (Resident, Office, Transit).
KAM Partnership:
Work daily with the Key Account team to understand the
Commercial Terms (TOT)
and individual account requirements for Indomaret (PT Indomarco Prismatama), Alfamart (PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya) and other minimarts.
Promo Deal Setting:
Collaborate with KAM to support the negotiation logic for promo deals, ensuring they are competitive against category rivals while meeting internal margin targets.
Incentive Management:
Calculate and oversee the execution of
Key Account Incentives
based on sell-out performance and execution KPIs.
Execution & Brand Communications
BTL Excellence:
Develop tailor-made BTL (Below-the-Line) materials such as shelf-talkers, wobblers, and cashier-point displays that comply with minimarketsโ (example Indomaret/ Alfamart) strict store standards.
Field Audit:
Conduct regular "hands-on" store checks to audit display quality and competitor activity, providing real-time feedback to the field sales force.
Data-Driven Reporting
Post-Activity Analysis:
Provide weekly and monthly reports on promo effectiveness, ROI, and uplift analysis.
Finance Alignment:
Act as the gatekeeper for Finance to ensure all trade claims from Key Modern Trade Partners are accurate and within the agreed budget accruals.
