Senior Engineer Quality Management Production

As Senior Engineer Quality Management, you are responsible to drive Quality Improvement program and activities and Preparation of Internal Quality Audit Plan and Develops policies, procedures and methods to verify product, material and operational.

Key responsibilities in your new role

Drive Quality Improvement program, initiative and customer complain root cause, corrective action/preventive action and perform verification of effectiveness the corrective action. Preparation of Internal Quality Audit Plan and coordinate customer QMS/ Q Process Questionnaire respond and perform internal audit to shopfloor. Drive and execute NLoZD (Zero Defect) program at their area of responsibility Defines, develops, deploys, maintains and reviews, audits a Quality Management System and systematic processes and methods considering standards and customer requirements. Develops policies, procedures and methods to verify product, material and components reliability along the whole value chain (in house, production partner, material supplier) and operational quality improvements and Cares for implementation and verification of effectiveness and efficiency. Develops and implements strategy / approaches / concepts / methodologies / programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing and planned future technologies, packages, products and services as well as for a proactive and reactive quality services for internal and external customers (customer services). Develops programs to focus employees on quality mindset and a sustainable quality culture (e.g. quality improvement) including a healthy deviation culture Responsible to drive and execute Quality systematic in project / change management process & line engineerng + FMEA ( design, Process, Maintenance) deployment and sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science. Familiar with Quality Tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D report, FTA, 3x5Why,Fish-bond etc). Min 5 years experience in Electronic manufacturing (preferable semiconductor backend experience) Especially in Quality system, audit related work. People management / Supervisory / leadership skill. Auditor certification , FMEA and risk assessment. 8D or problem solving skill. Certified ISO QS900 or IATF16949 (preferable). Strong analytical problem solving skills and has an ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly. Strong and hands-on knowledge and skills in auditing / database. Familiar with digitalization/automation/AI relevant topic
