Technical Superintendent Offshore

Superintendent – Technical Offshore We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible professional to join our Offshore Technical Operations team as Superintendent – Technical Offshore.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned vessels.

Ensure vessels operate in accordance with valid charter contracts.

Monitor vessel inventory and Planned Maintenance System (PMS) implementation.

Ensure vessel repairs are carried out properly and on schedule.

Monitor fuel consumption and prevent misuse of fuel on board.

Supervise crew rotation and crew performance.

Ensure vessels comply with national maritime regulations related to safety, security, and environmental protection.

Conduct vessel inspections and follow up on inspection findings.

Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, marketing, finance, and HSE to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience as Superintendent, or Chief Engineer experience is highly preferred.

Experience working in shore‑based technical operations is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer operations.

Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
