Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Yonyou Network Indonesia as an ERP Business Development Sales. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions across the West Jakarta, Jakarta region.
This full-time position offers a dynamic and challenging work environment, with opportunities to showcase your sales expertise and contribute to the strategic objectives of the company.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company's ERP solutions
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and propose tailored ERP solutions
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with the pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of ERP solutions
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth avenues
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Contribute to the overall sales strategy and planning process
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ERP or enterprise software industry
Strong understanding of ERP systems, their functionalities, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite and senior decision-makers
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proficient in using sales automation and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology
