Cost Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost variances

Control production, operational, CAPEX, and OPEX costs

Analyze standard vs actual costs, cost trends, and inefficiencies

Prepare cost reports and performance analysis for management

Develop and maintain standard cost structures and dashboards

Track and validate cost-saving initiatives and improvements

Provide financial insights to support business decisions

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)

3–5 years of experience in costing, cost control, FP&A, or manufacturing finance

Strong knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, and cost monitoring

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and high integrity
