Sales Executive

PT CARSURIN Tbk is seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team in West Jakarta. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued clients. As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your excellent communication skills and deep understanding of the local market to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any major.

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Marine, Shipping, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Certification industries.

Strong understanding of marine services, inspection, survey, or related businesses is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to learn.

Willing to go on business trips domestically and overseas.

Proficiency in English is required (HSK 4 certification is preferable).

Work location: West Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Accompany Company management to provide interpretation in meetings, conferences, etc.

Record all related information based on job’s requirements.

Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Achieve 100% of the annual revenue target.

Prepare MCB budget, quotation & tender.

Proactively maintain existing & grab the new client.

Conduct regular visits to potential clients.

Collaborate with the operation & finance team to maintain a financial budget.
