Design Engineer/Senior Design Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible for day‑to‑day designing and engineering activities for temporary/permanent works;

Study tender documents/drawings and review subcontractor/specialist design proposal and improve as needed for tender submission;

Carry out slope stability check using Plaxis;

Carry out design of foundation, retaining wall, RC and structural steel works;

Support technical department in preparation of documents & drawings for tender submission;

Provide solutions for technical issues faced by site and tender department;

Any other design tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Professional Engineer Board;

5 years’ related local design experience;

Experience in design vehicular bridge is preferred;

Effective organizational and follow‑up skills, attention to detail;

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;

Good negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills;

Resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
