Training Manager Parfume

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in training or retail operations, ideally in fashion, fragrance, or luxury retail

Strong knowledge of fragrance products, ingredients, and customer behavior

Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills

Proficient in MS Office and digital learning platforms

Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)

Willing to be based in Jakarta Utara and able to travel to other regions if needed

Certified Perfume Trainer

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze training needs across departments and roles

Develop and manage learning programs, both internal and external

Prepare or curate training materials to support learning objectives

Coordinate and maintain the training calendar

Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records
