Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Coordinator located in Semarang. The Online Coordinator will manage online operations, handle customer interactions, and provide excellent customer service. The responsibilities include overseeing sales processes, coordinating projects, analyzing data, and ensuring smooth online workflows. The role will require effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to align objectives and achieve operational success.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and processes effectively
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
Sales skills, with the ability to promote services and drive results
Proficiency in Project Management for coordinating activities and meeting deadlines
Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and adapt to fast-paced work environments
Previous experience in e-commerce or a similar online-related environment is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
