Project Management Staff (Civil/Architecture Background)

Summary for the role: Supporting the Project Manager in handling various types of project executions according to the client's needs and ensuring clear communication among stakeholders. Responsible for bridging technical teams and administration to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

Act on behalf of the client, managing the ongoing project, which includes coordinating and supervising with end‑users, designers, architects, M&E consultants, landlords, building management, and other parties involved.

Assist the Project Manager in creating a project timeline related to an interior fit‑out, structure, and construction (based building project).

Review all project drawings and specifications, raise discrepancies, quality issues during fit‑out and construction work.

Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.

Supervise current work, such as structural work, and other related works.

Maintain quality control, ensuring works are carried out following project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product/system specifications, contractor’s method statements, installation and working procedures, and site instructions by the Project Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering from a reputable university.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a project management consulting company, construction company, or other relevant field.

Good communication skills, including command of English.

Good personal and interpersonal skills.

Organized, team player.

Available to relocate around Indonesia according to the client’s project location.
