Job Description
We're Hiring: Interior Designer
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer who is strong not only in design, but also in technical drafting and cost documentation. This role is ideal for someone experienced in producing working drawings (gambar kerja) and Bill of Quantities (BQ) for interior renovation and fit-out projects, ensuring that design intent is executed accurately, efficiently, and within budget.
You will work closely with project, procurement, and contractor teams to bridge creative design and technical execution across our learning center environments.
What You’ll Do
Design & Drafting: Translate conceptual designs into technical drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit preferred).
Develop layout plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings (gambar kerja) according to project and construction standards.
Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and aligned with design and functional requirements.
Prepare and update as-built drawings upon project completion.
Bill of Quantity (BQ) Preparation: Create comprehensive BQ documents for all design-related scopes.
Estimate materials, finishes, and quantities required for budgeting and vendor comparison.
Collaborate with vendors and the project team to validate and adjust BQ based on real-time site needs or changes.
Site Coordination: Conduct regular site surveys and site measurements to validate drawings and dimensions.
Liaise with contractors, project managers, and vendors to ensure alignment between design and execution.
Assist in material selection, sample reviews, and basic supervision of aesthetic elements.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the Interior Design Lead, Project Manager, and Procurement Team.
Present design and technical options to internal stakeholders. Track changes and revisions to ensure proper documentation and cost alignment.
What We Offer

A modern, comfortable, and supportive working environment that values collaboration and innovation.
