Trainer ( Learning and development hr )

Responsibilities

Have experience in the same field more than 2 year.

Prepare training materials such as modules, presentations, and handouts.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide improvement recommendations.

Monitor participant progress and provide feedback and coaching.

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and learning activities (online and offline).

Manage end‑to‑end training programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

Collaborate with internal team such as Organisation development and Talent management team.

Prepare training effectiveness reports and conduct training data analysis to provide improvement recommendations.

Maintain documentation and learning material archives in accordance with Learning & Development policies.

Assess training needs and identify skill gaps among employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Trainer, Instructor, or Learning & Development professional.

Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.

Experience in training needs analysis and competency mapping (point plus).

Familiar with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports.
