About the Role

We are hiring for a hands-on

Procurement Senior Manager

to manage end-to-end procurement execution across Rukita’s properties and projects. This role is an individual contributor responsible for disciplined PR/PO processing, vendor negotiation (pricing, payment terms, and SLA), and ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining operational reliability.

The ideal candidate is operationally strong, commercially sharp, and highly structured in managing procurement workflows across multi-site operations in fast paced working environment.

Manage end-to-end procurement process from Purchase Request (PR) validation to Purchase Order (PO) issuance. Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation before PO release. Monitor PO cycle time and ensure timely processing to avoid operational delays. Coordinate with Finance to align on payment schedule and vendor terms. Maintain organized contract and procurement documentation for audit readiness. Ensure strict adherence to internal procurement policies and approval matrix. Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, delivery timeline, and Service Level Agreements (SLA). Secure competitive rates while maintaining quality and service standards. Work closely with Operations and related team for daily property needs (maintenance, housekeeping supplies, utilities, etc.).

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain. Strong experience in PR/PO processing and procurement workflow discipline. Proven track record in vendor negotiation (price, payment terms, SLA). Exposure to construction, renovation, or fit-out projects is a strong advantage. Experience in property, hospitality, or multi-site operations is preferred. Familiar with ERP or procurement systems. Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
