Louise Kienne Cikarang Hotel & Service Apartment, we’re hiring! Director of Sales Marketing

Responsibilities Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets. Lead and manage Sales & Marketing team to ensure optimal performance. Manage key accounts, corporate clients, travel agents, OTA, and business partners. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with General Manager and other departments on business strategies. Monitor budget, forecast, and sales performance reports.

Requirement Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales & marketing, with managerial experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of hotel market segmentation and revenue strategies. Fluent in English; Indonesian language is an advantage. Results-driven, strategic thinker, and able to work under pressure.
