Requirements Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science or related degree. Strong interpersonal, management and organizational skill. Minimum 3 years as Executive Chef. Able to work flexible hours. Be constantly aware of current kitchen/restaurant industry trends. Good communicator with strong motivational/leadership abilities. Strong work ethic and an obsession for getting the job done well. Excellent English communication skills.
