We’re looking for a Product Designer to play a key role in shaping our solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to create interfaces that are intuitive, visually cohesive, and aligned with modern UI and usability best practices— all to align business goals with technical capabilities.

Your main responsibilities: Design clear, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces for Lyfegen’s solutions. Own the full UI design process—from visual direction to detailed mockups, prototypes and production-ready design specifications. Lead improvements in visual design, interaction patterns, and consistency across the platform. Drive the development and evolution of our design system, patterns, and visual guidelines. Collaborate closely with the UX designer, product owners and engineers to ensure smooth handoff, accurate implementation, and high-quality UI execution. Simplify complexity through clear visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, and strong usability principles. Provide UI leadership and mentorship, influencing design quality and standards across the team.

Who you are: 5+ years of product design experience, with strong emphasis on UI for complex digital products (ideally B2B SaaS). Exceptional visual design skills: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and interaction design. Skilled in designing effective web micro-interactions that enhance feedback, usability, and engagement. Demonstrated expertise in designing intuitive, scalable interfaces that untangle complex workflows and data-heavy user journeys. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, prototyping, and system management as well as using Artificial Intelligence day-to-day. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners. Deep knowledge of UX/UI best practices, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Bonus: Previous experience designing sophisticated dashboards and data-rich web applications.
