Production Planning - MES (Factory - Pekalongan)

Responsibilities

Ensure that every process is scanned to confirm the requirements of each component until the finished product is complete. Input data programs starting from HC (cutting components), HU (finished upper components), HS (outsole or bottom), FG (finished shoes). Check the balance between the quantity entered into the SAP and MES systems and the actual quantity on the ground. Track the entry and exit of each component in the production process, starting from cutting, sewing, stock fitting, and assembling. Familiar with the MES Scanning system is a plus. Push production if the daily scanning target is below target, starting from scanning checks in cutting, sewing, stock fitting, and assembling.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience is preferred. Proficient in data administration (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, Count, IF etc.) is a point plus. Excellent English language skills are preferred. Proficient in calculations/mathematics.
