Kami adalah KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Agency yang baru berdiri dan sedang membangun fondasi perusahaan. Kami mencari HR Staff yang mampu bekerja secara mandiri untuk membangun sistem HR dari nol, mengelola seluruh aspek sumber daya manusia, dan membantu pertumbuhan perusahaan di fase awal.
TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB
Membangun sistem HR dari awal (SOP, peraturan perusahaan, struktur organisasi, employee handbook)
Melakukan rekrutmen end-to-end untuk kebutuhan perusahaan
Mengurus administrasi kepegawaian (BPJS, kontrak kerja, absensi, cuti)
Menangani employee relations dan evaluasi kinerja
Membuat laporan HR bulanan dan memastikan compliance ketenagakerjaan
KUALIFIKASI
D3/S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan Psikologi, Manajemen, Hukum, Administrasi)
Minimal 1-2 tahun pengalaman HR Generalist (fresh graduate strong HR welcome)
Wajib paham payroll processing & perhitungan PPh 21
Paham UU Ketenagakerjaan & administrasi BPJS
Problem solver dengan inisiatif tinggi
Jujur dan berintegritas tinggi
Pengalaman build HR system dari nol / bekerja di start-up
