Medical Scientific Liaison

Job Title: Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) Locations: Poland and Romania 30% Travel

Client Overview Peritia is supporting an emerging biotechnology company focused on addressing unmet needs in oncology and rare disease. They will be initiating a Phase III (orphan drug /505B2 pathway) with FPI March of 2026.

Client Business Driver They have Phase III program that was acquired from another company that was providing this treatment through IV for APL (acute promyelocytic-leukemia) with 140 infusions over 9 months). They are doing an-oral dose formulation which dramatically changes the patient and family treatment experience. They want to engage the 3 MSLs (2 US-E&W and one EU-Poland/Romania) to establish patient funnels at the sites.

The Work Work independently with the sites (70 total-35 US) to bring awareness to the patient population to establish patient funnels to meet enrollment objectives Visti sites to build relationships and educate PIs, researchers, and potential patients on the protocol, mechanism of action, safety and efficacy. Provide regular updates to the internal stakeholders (Head of MA, CMO, Head of Clin Ops)

Professional Requirements 5-7 years plus experience an MSL Experience working with major academic centers Experience with Oncology and infusion related therapies Highly organized and experienced with prioritizing sites Experience and ability to work successfully independently (including planning all meetings and travel) Must be highly adaptable with a strong understanding and enthusiasm for the nuances of working within a small company with limited resources that is hybrid (they have 7 people). Able to travel 25-35% Ph.D., PharmD (someone who is scientifically successful)
