Job Description
Manage business travel arrangements including flight tickets, hotel bookings, transportation, and travel itineraries
Coordinate business trip logistics and ensure smooth execution
Manage and monitor operational vehicles, including scheduling company drivers
Handle corporate SIM cards and telephone subscriptions
Monitor and process billing invoices related to office operations and travel expenses
Liaise with vendors for office supplies, services, maintenance, and other operational needs
Negotiate pricing and service agreements with vendors
Maintain proper documentation and administrative records
Ensure timely payment coordination and service follow-ups
Support general office administration and operational requirements
Requirements
Bachelorโs Degree from a reputable university
Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affair or related administrative roles
Proven experience in vendor coordination and negotiation
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
