Job Description:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.).
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services.
Requirements:
Excellent English proficiency (minimum B2 level) , both written and verbal.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)
Minimum 1 year of experience
in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry or a live chat environment.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working on a
rotational 24/7 shift schedule, with a primary focus on night shifts
to support European and US time zones.
Willingness to work
5 days a week .
Based in or willing to relocate to
Yogyakarta .
