Logistics Continuous Improvement and Analyst

Logistics Continuous Improvement and Analyst Oversee and analyze logistics operational budgets (Transportation, Warehouse, Manpower, and Material Handling Equipment/MHE).

Conduct daily/weekly billing audits of vendor invoices to ensure cost accuracy.

Identify cost variances and provide mitigation recommendations for cost efficiency.

Prepare monthly reports on Cost per Unit, Logistics Cost as % of Sales, and other expense efficiency metrics.

Operations Continuous Improvement Analyze end-to-end logistics processes to identify bottlenecks and waste.

Lead productivity improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.

Design and monitor operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure department targets are met.

Collaborate with operational teams (Inbound/Outbound) to standardize SOPs for increased speed and accuracy.

Reporting & Supervision Assist in rate negotiations with logistics providers/3PLs based on market data analysis.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in Transportation, Management, Business Administration, or related.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially logistic administration.

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, TMS, WMS, SAP, and Documentation filling.

Certified or deeply knowledgeable in Lean Logistics, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), Kaizen, or 5S.

Strong understanding of logistics cost structures, cost accounting, and budget management.

Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.

Capable of leading cross-functional project teams to implement change initiatives.

Good knowledge and understanding of technical issue.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, good analytical thinking and negotiation skill.
