Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager

Responsibilities

Manage budgeting, cash flow, and management financial reporting.

Monitor profitability, break-even analysis (BEP), cost efficiency, and liquidity.

Oversee end-to-end accounting processes (AR/AP, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, monthly & annual closing) in accordance with PSAK.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Handle corporate taxation (Income Tax & VAT), including reporting, payment, and tax planning.

Supervise invoicing, receivables, payables, banking transactions, and financial documentation.

Support financial analysis for investment evaluation, funding strategies, and new branch expansion.

Coordinate external audits and tax examinations.

Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets.

Lead and manage the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.

Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, and operational teams.
