Responsibilities

Job Description

Facilitate job placement development. Maintain documentation of agreements and contracts with industrial partners, ensure compliance with

institutional requirements.

Process potential funding and sponsorship opportunities from industry partners to support institutional programs

and projects.

Organize meetings, networking events, and seminars with the institution and industry representatives to foster

strong relationships.

Gather and share insights from industry trends to support the professional development of students and academic

staff.

Collect industry feedback regarding curriculum and educational programs to enhance relevance and alignment

with market needs.

Arrange field visits, industry exposure programs, and practical activities to provide students with real-world

industry insights.

Conduct discussions and collaboration efforts with industry stakeholders and institutional partners to enhance

cooperation.

Gather data related to workforce demands and required competencies to contribute to the development of

relevant educational programs.

Update related documents, databases, and contact lists, ensuring accurate records of industry partnerships and

collaborations

Management Support Activities

Provide Report to direct Supervisor. Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time

concern, effort and cost).

Perform activities related to Quality Management System. Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Requirements

Minimum Bachelo's Degree (S1) in related field

Minimum 1 Year Of Experience

Have knowledge in industry relations and event management

Willing to be placed in Semarang
