Responsibilities
Proactively maintain positive and long-term relationships with client companies, clearly communicating Riliv’s values, initiatives, and new programs
Ensure smooth implementation of client programs in collaboration with internal teams, while maintaining clear accountability for timelines and deliverables
Monitor client engagement, usage trends, and activation rate to identify churn risks and growth opportunities
Drive revenue growth through renewal management, upselling, and identifying additional service needs
Prioritize client satisfaction while ensuring efficient and strategic use of internal resources
Coordinate administrative and contractual requirements in collaboration with legal, finance, and operations teams
Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients
Provide structured feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience
Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B account management, SaaS, corporate services, HR solutions, consulting, or related fields
Proven experience managing corporate clients end-to-end, including renewal and upselling
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage HR leaders and decision-makers
Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and identifying growth or churn risks
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue retention and account expansion
Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in handling client escalations
Able to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts in a lean, fast-paced environment
High sense of ownership and accountability
Based in Jakarta with a hybrid working arrangement
